FOURBALL KNOCKOUT
TERMS OF COMPETITION
1. Eligibility

All Amateur Women Members are eligible to enter and win.

Players wishing to qualify should indicate their intention on their card.
2. Format
-
Pairs handicap match play event where the number of strokes given between opponents is three quarters of the full handicap difference.

Eight pairs to qualify for match play in a programmed qualifying round.

The draw will determine the honour in each match.

Matches to be played to the finish and if a match goes beyond the 18th hole, strokes will be given as they were in the first 18 holes.

All matches to be played on the dates programmed unless altered by the Match Committee.

All matches to be played off the Green Championship Plates.
3. Handicap
-
The number of strokes given between opponents is three quarters the full handicap difference and all strokes allocated according to the match play index. The lowest marker concedes strokes to the others including her partner. (Players may receive 2 or 3 strokes per hole where applicable, according to the match play index).

Matches will be played on current daily handicap.
4. Carts
-
Carts are permissible (80 years of age or Medical Certificate Only).
5. Trophies

Trophy presented at Presentation Evening.
