Foursomes Championship
Terms of Competition

1. Eligibility
– Open to Unrestricted Male Members (excluding professional golfer category).
2. Format
– Black Championship Tees
– 36-hole scratch event originally known as the Berge Cup.
3. Handicap
– Scratch competition.
– Team’s handicap: Aggregate of both daily handicaps divided by two.
– In the event of entries exceeding the number of available spots, higher handicap pairs
will be balloted out.
4. Special Conditions
– The tee order of play to be changed, between the first and second rounds. For 1st round
Player A plays odd numbered tees, for 2nd round plays off even tees.
– In the event of a tie(s), the winner(s) will be determined by a 4-hole playoff, then sudden
death (if required) following the completion of the second round.
– Tee Times set down by the Match Committee.
5. Carts
– Carts may be used for Nett event only. (Medical Certificate Only)
6. Prize
– Winner $100 each
– Runner Up $50 each
